I am still waiting for my scooter. It said that I'd have it in 7 days since I am on the east coast and when I look on my recent orders, it says none so I'm questioning if I got scammed \, if it was apparently "out of stock", or if It'll just come.... ordered online. no where did it tell me that it was out of stock, i wait a week and call just to have him tell me they've been out of stock? no email was sent, just a confirmation about completing my order. pretty wack website if you ask me.
Horrible customer service and they half assed some of their work on my bike but at least they have an ok selection of scooters bikes etc. I really don't know why so many people gave good reviews. The people that gave the reviews were probably paid to do it or its the people that work there

I ordered a scooter deck 2 weeks ago. My card was charged and I never got the item. I emailed the shop inquiring about my order. No response. I just called and the very rude owner told me the part has been out of stock for a long time. How could it be out of stock if I ordered it, received confirmation and my credit card was charged? He laughed and told me no worries. Well no worries to you sir, you just lost a good customer.
